These Terms and Conditions govern your access to yusheng.today (the “Website”) and purchases from Yusheng.Today, a business operated by TheTodayCo Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. About Yusheng.Today

Yusheng.Today offers yusheng for year-round enjoyment, including our Classic Sweet and Umami Savoury flavours, in available serving sizes and with optional add-ons such as abalone. Products are intended for celebrations, gatherings, corporate occasions and other suitable events. Our offerings, availability, serving sizes, ingredients and prices may change from time to time.

2. Orders

• An order is subject to product availability and our acceptance.

• Please check all order details, including product, quantity, delivery or self-collection details, requested date/time and contact information, before submitting the order.

• We may contact you if clarification is required. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, information supplied is incomplete or inaccurate, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

• Large, corporate or customised orders may be subject to separate quotations, lead times or terms agreed with us.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in Singapore dollars (S$) unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges and other applicable charges will be shown at checkout or otherwise communicated before confirmation. Any applicable taxes will be dealt with in accordance with Singapore law. Payment must be made using the payment methods made available on the Website. An order is not treated as confirmed until the Website or Yusheng.Today provides confirmation.

4. Product Information and Presentation

We take reasonable care to describe and present our products accurately. Photographs and illustrations are for reference and actual ingredients, colours, arrangement, packaging or presentation may vary slightly due to seasonality, supplier availability, production requirements or product improvements. Where an ingredient becomes unavailable, we will not make a material substitution that changes the nature of the product without reasonable consideration of the order and, where appropriate, communication with the customer.

5. Allergens and Dietary Information

Yusheng products may contain or come into contact with allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, soy and seafood, depending on the product and add-ons selected. Customers with allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements should review the product information and contact us before ordering. While reasonable food-handling precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment unless expressly stated.

6. Food Safety, Storage and Consumption

Our yusheng is a chilled, ready-to-consume food product. Customers should follow the storage and consumption instructions supplied with the product, keep chilled items appropriately refrigerated until required, and consume the product within the stated period. Once delivered or collected, proper handling and storage become the customer’s responsibility.

7. Delivery

Delivery availability, fees and estimated timing are shown at checkout. We will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the selected or requested delivery period. Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed because delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, building access, courier operations and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, a reachable contact number and any necessary access instructions. Additional costs arising from an incorrect address, failed delivery or unreasonable waiting time may be charged where appropriate.

8. Self-Collection

Where self-collection is offered, the collection location and hours will be displayed at checkout or in the order confirmation. Customers should collect only after receiving confirmation that the order is ready. Chilled products should be transported appropriately and refrigerated promptly after collection.

9. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

Because our products are perishable and may be prepared or packed specifically for an order, requests to change or cancel an order should be made as early as possible. Whether a change, cancellation, refund or credit can be provided will depend on the stage of preparation, procurement and fulfilment at the time of the request. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any rights or remedies that a consumer may have under applicable Singapore law. If an item is materially incorrect, damaged, unsafe or otherwise not supplied as agreed, please contact us promptly with the order details and, where relevant, photographs so that we can assess and resolve the matter fairly.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, vouchers and discount codes are subject to their stated validity periods and conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other promotions, applied retrospectively or used after expiry.

11. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, branding, product presentation, designs and other materials, are owned by or licensed to TheTodayCo Pte. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The Yusheng.Today proprietary tray system is protected by design rights, including International Design Registration No. DM/256400. No part of the protected tray design or Website content may be copied, reproduced, manufactured, commercially exploited or used without the appropriate permission, except as permitted by law.

12. Acceptable Use of the Website

You must not misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or reproduce Website content for commercial purposes without permission, or use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

The Website may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment, hosting, analytics, mapping, messaging or delivery services. Those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our control.

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, power or telecommunications failure, governmental restrictions, supply interruption, epidemic or other emergency.
